Even though I know nothing about this character, I just love love love the design and history of her.  Plus she's way WAY WAAAAAY too adorable to handle, I mean, LOOK AT HER--

  I really really love this character.  He's just so cute, and he definitely captures the Victini look~  I also love the idea of the Victory Inn; I think that's really clever.

  So I wasn't expecting an octopus man to come my way.  But, Xavier is just.. really cool.  His backstory makes sense, his design is awesome and I love the fact that he is an octoman.
